 To order your custom items that require images, please follow these steps:

   1    Place Your Order: Start by selecting and ordering your desired custom item through our website.

2    Submit Your Images: Once your order is placed, please email your images to customorders.blvddreams@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line for easy reference.

3    Request a Custom Collage (Optional): If you would like us to create a custom collage using your images before we proceed with your item, please mention this in your email.

4    Confirmation: After we receive your images and any additional instructions, we will confirm receipt and provide any necessary updates regarding your order.

1. Custom Orders: All custom-made items are tailored to your specifications and preferences. Due to the 

personalized nature of these products, we do not accept Returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

 2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damage or defect to process your claim. If approved, we will either repair the item, send a replacement, or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, we may not be able to issue a refund, as materials may have already been purchased or work may have commenced.

4. Customer Satisfaction: We strive for your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us. We are happy to discuss possible solutions within the bounds of this policy.
